The Habit of H.A.P.P.Y. is not what most people think of when we say happy. This is a process - a formula for decision making and self motivating your life. The leaner will: - Clearly identify and understand what is actually happening in your life and/or career so you can create a strategy to achieve specific goals. - Acknowledge your true feelings about the truth in your life and/or career which will allow you to identify the obstacles preventing you from reaching your goals and explore new ways to getting what you want. - Give yourself permission to reach for your goals by removing judgement and negative self defeating behaviors. - Purge past behaviors and create new purposeful actions that move your goals forward. - Yield to your new life by repeating your new process until it becomes automatic while making adjustments as needed. This process is great for teams as well as individuals.
