Routine. What we do before we do it. A huge part of the preparation process and allows us to be where our feet are. 5. The Breath. Most powerful tool we posses. How to reconnect with it and use it to achieve the plan. 6. Imagery. See it before we do it. Mind doesn't know the difference between perception and reality. Mental reps create accurate physical reps.
