In order to make a lasting change in our lives, it's critical that we not only become aware of what we are able to change, but also that we learn effective strategies on how we can make those changes possible. As a holistic life coach and an adjunct professor of psychology, my main focus is on the three core aspects of our lives in which we have complete control of in an effort to help others achieve a high level of wellness. Those three aspects are our thoughts, our language, and our actions. My program addresses these three areas by educating individuals about the importance of mindfulness in relationship to these areas, as well as empowering them with the ability to apply mindfulness in their everyday lives. This program offers holistic strategies pertaining to mindfulness that will assist individuals in regards to a wide range of areas, from being mindful about our everyday thoughts, our language and self-talk, how we communicate with others, the food we put in our body, and our physical health. This program will help your guests improve the quality of their lives with some small, simple, yet very effective tools and techniques!
