"Confidence doesn't just come from one success. It comes from successive successes!" Billy Lowe Building confidence comes from positive experiences and references. It comes from doing something a number of times and realizing you got it right and that you can do it again. It comes from doing things we are good at, or things that are a natural talent. Self confidence comes from being encouraged and supported, and in being given "a little room to breathe." It also comes from a place of self awareness. There are a lot of "right people" going about things the "wrong way" (including leadership styles). This can lead to frustration and self-doubt, conflict, diminishing willingness and participation, and a decline in creativity and contribution. Low self esteem can not only affect the employee, it can affect employer and other team members as well. This encouraging workshop will: -Allow mindful reflection and sharing -Show how $30 saved a company millions while building employee self confidence and decision making skills -Demonstrate exercises that show what encouraging support looks like -Include collaborative group and/or partner participation exercises -Encourage creative and independent thinking -Allow time for Q&A, live interview, etc Does your team feel motivated and empowered? How can we encourage that? Does your company allow space for creative thinking or content contribution? How can we encourage that? This workshop is filled with many "elementary" exercises that can help bring us back to basics. Sometimes we just need a little reminder that WE CAN. These ideas and concepts are also effective (and can be shaped for) relationship building, team trust, decision making and effective time management, enhancing the customer experience and more.
