In this program we explore the actual organizational dollars and sense costs and benefits of ethical business behavior in a fun, creative and supportive environment. Using real-life scenarios and practical exercises developed from more than 25 years in the corporate world and 10 years as an entrepreneur, we walk through the steps to creating an ethical workplace and evaluate the potential impact of these steps on the bottom line.
