"Play Through the Foul" began as a basketball saying used to empower a player to stay focused on the goal while anticipating an opponent's contact or the "foul" that might impede a player from scoring. In reality it is a life concept or an attitude for overcoming adversity. With the understanding that the greatest adversity we collectively face is in effectively communicating and relating to one another, everyone can use a great coach to help them Play Through the Foul and Win!! The Program Goal: A highly interactive and fun workshop designed to empower, enlighten and encourage effective, empathic interpersonal communication, particularly given challenging group dynamics. Key training topics include: Leadership; Accountability; Valuing Diversity; Goal Achievement and Interpreting Communication and Social Styles Differences. The Program Structure: Power Point presentation, breakout sessions, interactive activities, role playing, case studies, and personal self-assessments are included to deliver impactful and effective communication strategies and theories.
