A 1-1/2 hour Mindful Positive Living & Stress Awareness workshop** that provides tools and techniques for recognizing personal stress, ways to manage that stress, and how to incorporate those techniques into your life in order to bring more positivity and peace. This workshop includes: simple daily mindfulness techniques, breathing & meditation techniques, as well as positive motivational stories. The workshop focuses on ways to meet life’s ups and downs and how to recognize and release the internal thoughts that produce stress. The workshop is designed to aid participants in understanding how thoughts relate to overall health and to reinforce mindfulness techniques to improve overall quality of life. The outcome is that each participant will leave with a toolbox of tips and techniques that they can use in the future when stressful times arise. Take home workbook is included. ** Please note that this workshop is also taught in a 6-week (1-hour week/6 weeks) or a 6-hour format (2 days/3 hours each day) for a more in-depth teaching and practice of the tools and techniques of mindful self-awareness.
