An introduction into Christian Meditation including background, practical tools, and a short group experience. 1. Learn the similarities and differences between Christian and eastern (Buddhist etc.) practices of meditation. 3. Receive an overview of the basic practice and rhythm for entering into christian meditation at any level. 4.
