Software programs used since the operating program for businesses release 3-4 updates inside a year. The employee needs to learn regarding these updates every time. Otherwise, they'd lag at the rear of others leading to pressure about the employee as well as increased work risk if he/she does not perform well. 2. Training course sanctioned through the company isn't employee focused as every employ. 3. Another type of stress is known as technologist. People don't communicate or connect with their co-workers as before; this may cause alienated emotions among co-workers. 4. Employees employed in Computer/Science/Technology business need to utilize a high level of accuracy in the extended period. A little lapse can result in a disastrous effect for that company. They have to have an excellent outlet to handle their tension. The everyday influence of Technology on the lives of Developers, Specialists, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians remains unabated. As innovative developments and computer capabilities enhance this impact will continue to develop in the forthcoming years at a growing pace. While technological innovation advances, there is possibly elevated stress which is linked to it called "Technology anxiety," and it is here to stay. Furthermore, this brings additional stress on individuals to conform to new developments and update their expertise within their discipline. Stress management programs such as yoga and fitness, deep breathing and other destressing activities like aerobic exercise, dance, etc. Could avoid or lessen the possibility of illness as a result of stress from it individuals which experts claim will create a healthy community in the Computer/Science/Technology workforce. Key Takeaways: •Overall Alertness- Regarding the Onset to Stress •Stress at one’s place of employment •Mentally Supporting Yourself •Recognize the best method in a tense setting ***Notes NOTE: THIS IS A NOVEL AND REFRESHING CONCEPT (that has never been discussed in this fashion) A year ago, an event organizer, knowing my background in Psychology, Crisis Intervention, and Negotiation skills, had asked me if I had a lecture regarding workplace stress and Stress Management, for their American Culinary Federation (ACF) National Convention & Show. At the time, I had not considered that in all professions, there existed workplace stress. None more currently prevailing than the recent death of celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain. THEREFORE, I DEVELOPED THE "TECH-LIVES MATTER, HANDS UP, DON'T REBOOT" METHOD TO ADDRESS SPECIFICALLY THOSE IN THE IT/COMPUTER/SCIENCE/TECHNOLOGY FIELD. Your Developers, Specialists, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians will be engaged as we will focus on the psychological motivations, to identify the emotional precursors, which will aid in decreasing mental stress in the workplace. That said, I began research regarding workplace stress particularly, stress in the field of COMPUTER/SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY. My findings were startling. Therefore, I designed a lecture aimed at the stressors, which are faced by individuals (DEVELOPERS, SPECIALISTS, DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS, EXPERTS, MANAGERS, AND TECHNICIANS) who work in the Computer/Science/Technology community. Also, based on my research, I have developed a cost-effective STRESS MANAGEMENT program, which will benefit: Developers, Specialists, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians, who work under UNSEEN pressure. My findings also discovered that stress and mental strain occurred in association with the high demand of developers to maintain and organize software and the constant changing of programming languages. For years, my professional, personal, and scholarly experience has proven valid and has rendered me to express so as in the form of speaker/presenter capacity. I have spoken several times, on previous occasions, I honestly love delivering messages that I am passionate about and feel they would benefit our society. The demands caused an increase in blood pressure and adrenaline excretion. Developers, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians all had complaints of stress and strain. Technicians and Developers have a high level of physiological arousal during post-work hours than a control group, and that a majority of those who worked continuously (50+ hours per week) reported physical discomfort during their off hours. Some of the critical work design aspects uncovered include tedious tasks, high job demands and work burden, an absence of control over the job itself, poor managerial interactions, fear of job loss, and defective technology. These remain the same occupation stressors that have been defined as problematic for a variety of blue collar jobs in previous research. The typical health problem due to stress is acid peptic disease, alcoholism, asthma, diabetes, fatigue, tension headache, hypertension, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, psychoneurosis, sexual dysfunction and skin diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, urticaria, pruritus, neurodermatitis, etc. Work-related stress happens to be one of the most significant health issues in the modem world, as it takes place in any job and is notably more existing than years prior. Work stress arises in response to both the work environment and worker factors. However, the qualities of the work environment most likely play the critical role. Work pressure can be explained as the harmful physical and psychological reactions that arise when the demands of the career don't fit the capabilities, means or requirements of the employee. Work stress may result in illness as well as personal injury. The topics discussed in all my presentations exhibit significant outlines that will motivate individuals to participate with enthusiasm; this innovated method is aimed at captivating, diverse consortiums while incorporating various points of fundamental philosophies, and realistic appropriateness, that will increase proficiencies for individuals to utilize in their field of expertise.
