That said, I began research regarding workplace stress particularly, stress in the field of COMPUTER/SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY. My findings were startling. Therefore, I designed a lecture aimed at the stressors, which are faced by individuals (DEVELOPERS, SPECIALISTS, DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS, EXPERTS, MANAGERS, AND TECHNICIANS) who work in the Computer/Science/Technology community. Also, based on my research, I have developed a cost-effective STRESS MANAGEMENT program, which will benefit: Developers, Specialists, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians, who work under UNSEEN pressure. My findings also discovered that stress and mental strain occurred in association with the high demand of developers to maintain and organize software and the constant changing of programming languages. For years, my professional, personal, and scholarly experience has proven valid and has rendered me to express so as in the form of speaker/presenter capacity. I have spoken several times, on previous occasions, I honestly love delivering messages that I am passionate about and feel they would benefit our society. The demands caused an increase in blood pressure and adrenaline excretion. Developers, Designers, Engineers, Experts, Managers, and Technicians all had complaints of stress and strain. Technicians and Developers have a high level of physiological arousal during post-work hours than a control group, and that a majority of those who worked continuously (50+ hours per week) reported physical discomfort during their off hours. Some of the critical work design aspects uncovered include tedious tasks, high job demands and work burden, an absence of control over the job itself, poor managerial interactions, fear of job loss, and defective technology. These remain the same occupation stressors that have been defined as problematic for a variety of blue collar jobs in previous research. The typical health problem due to stress is acid peptic disease, alcoholism, asthma, diabetes, fatigue, tension headache, hypertension, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, psychoneurosis, sexual dysfunction and skin diseases such as psoriasis, lichen planus, urticaria, pruritus, neurodermatitis, etc. Work-related stress happens to be one of the most significant health issues in the modem world, as it takes place in any job and is notably more existing than years prior. Work stress arises in response to both the work environment and worker factors. However, the qualities of the work environment most likely play the critical role. Work pressure can be explained as the harmful physical and psychological reactions that arise when the demands of the career don't fit the capabilities, means or requirements of the employee. Work stress may result in illness as well as personal injury.
