In this program your attendees will be guided through breathing exercises & light stretching to help gain centeredness, focus, fight fatigue, reduce stress and increase productivity & creativity with yoga instructor, accredited trainer in Emotional Intelligence and life coach, Tessa Todd Morgan. Breathing exercises will be used to help increase oxygen to both sides of the brain to open up both the logical and creative parts, relax and calm the mind as well as get the attendees energized. The light stretching and yoga poses can be done in business clothes to enhance the experience and help awaken their bodies to retain more knowledge. They will learn how to relax and take care of themselves in times of stress and busyness back home or at the office so they can be more productive.
