How to Enhance Physical, Emotional and Mental Well-being & Performance
In this presentation, participants will have a first-hand experience of how one's thoughts and emotions have an immediate physical effect. With this as a foundation, we explore how one’s emotional state affects their physical health, performance and ability to handle stress. Thoughts and attitude affect one’s emotional state, relationships and one's sense of well being. The quality of food affects physical performance, emotional state and mental clarity. This workshop is a hands-on experience of identifying and clearing subconscious blocks that may be limiting one's performance and quality of life. Participants will learn and experience simple techniques for alleviating stress and clearing limiting beliefs. They will leave with a deeper appreciation of the mind/body relationship and some practical tools for effectively working with it.
