Cultivating a Performance Work Ethic Rooted in Respect - The "ACE" Approach
This program presents the powerful concept of respect as the foundation for performance work ethic. While studies have shown that respect is a vital element in workplace performance, many organizations struggle with how to elevate performance through a culture of respect. In this presentation the speaker begins by laying a foundation that introduces the concept and principles of respect rooted in the EKTIMIS Respect Model - an innovative, powerful, visual framework for learning and teaching respect, developed by the speaker. The speaker goes on to present the "A-C-E" approach, a principle for aligning purpose with work and for cultivating a performance work ethic rooted in respect. The (A-C-E) approach provides the audience with a tangible take-away that may be put to practice immediately. This program is ideal for a professional audience, as well as a mentee audience, for the purpose of inspiring, transforming, or cultivating habits that support a work ethic that elevates performance. It may also be used as part of an orientation program for new managers (mid-level and senior-level) or when convening a new team preparing to embark on a new project or long-term endeavor. Typically, for small audience sizes, each participant receives a copy of the book, The Top Ten Laws of Respect in the Workplace - A Professional Guide, authored by the speaker. This speaking program may be provided in a variety of formats, including Keynote, town hall (interactive), or seminar (instructional / workshop) style. A format that best meets the client's needs and requirements is selected or proposed.
