Everyone has a boss, many people have multiple bosses. But YOU are your most important Boss. You should hold yourself accountable and embrace change as it comes. You should take control of your life and take Personal Responsibility for your actions, avoid playing the blame game and BOSS yourself around in order to achieve your goals. Your ultimate responsibility as a leader is to commit to your own personal growth and to never be satisfied with the status quo. Leaders invest in themselves and constantly try to improve. Leaders look for a new way forward. In this presentation, I will share key stats and info on why people are Barely Surviving. I will discuss my Boss Know Factors for improved results (Know yourself, know your goals, know what you're doing, know your results). I will also share my personal story that will take people through numerous emotions. I will motivate attendees to step up as leaders, work to become the best version of themselves and to decide today to be their own BOSS and to THRIVE rather than Barely Survive.
