Marketing Mastery 4.0 3-4 hours I developed this course as a response to the advent of online sales and marketing and how maybe many of these techniques were good at making an initial sale, I couldn’t believe these techniques created real, lasting customers and frankly, I just couldn’t use them. Even after just an online training I felt awful. My clients wanted to not only compete with the success of the faceless online (and the ‘big boys’), they wanted to stand out and be communicate authentically with their clients and leads… and be able to live with themselves afterwards. When you’re living consistently with your “Why,” in every aspect of life, the work disappears and everything you do is just part of your journey. Teams naturally connect and engage to encourage each other and, as they say, the a rising tide lifts all boats. Three main components to Marketing Mastery 4.0 1. Team building This component of the program happens throughout. The way I address communication and connection during the program, fosters and facilitates the connections among the group members. 2. Communication This component of the program I break down into several separate, but related elements that involve teamwork/teambuilding as we practice these elements. The two tools we use are the ‘Find your Perfect Client’ and ‘Manifesto Mindset’ exercises. A. Branding—identifying and leveraging both individual and corporate branding are vital to your success. With my strong background as a writer, actor, and director, I pull from my experience to hone several skills. One is a study with you and team building exercise for you to find your ideal client. This includes a character study that leads us to identifying and understanding your ‘Perfect Client’. B. I work with you to build your ‘Manifesto Mindset’. This is important to identify as an individual and as your company. Your manifesto is simple: it is WHY you are doing what you are doing and HOW. This comes from who you are, why you were/are drawn to your work and where you are with your journey right now 3. Real Hearing Throughout the program you practice active listening which leads to what I call ‘Real Hearing’. By honing your ability to really hear, you will be able to quickly identify who is and who is not a potential client so you aren’t wasting time talking with and following up with someone who isn’t going to be a client anyway.
