Passion is defined as a powerful emotion or feeling that can influence others. When someone possesses passion, they become magnetized and begin to attract others. When this attraction is introduced into the world of sales, customers become attracted emotionally to their sales representative and the number of successful transactions increases. The world is filled with sales representatives who have lost their passion or never found it to begin with. You can see this void in their eyes or hear it in their voice. Those who perform and are able to meet their sales quotas are filled with a personal sense of passion and they bring it into their relationship with potential customers. But passion doesn’t often start in the work place; it begins in some personal aspect of the person. Oprah Winfrey once said, “Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.” To create the energy you’ll want your staff’s customers to feel, it requires inspiring your staff to find their personal passion somewhere in their life. Once they find that one thing that excites them, they fill up with passion and bring it to their customers. In my one-hour presentation, I will help my audience identify and remove the barriers that keep them from finding their passion. I will use Power Point, lecture, personal anecdotes and video clips to inspire them to: Be in service to others Remove toxic people from their circle See criticism as simply information Keep the “crabs” from pulling us down Forgive those who did us wrong or hurt us in the past And much more As an award-winning presenter with Toastmasters International, I have 25 years experience presenting to all levels of groups, from incarcerated fathers all the way up to corporate audiences. I hold an advanced speaking certification with Toastmasters and presented this keynote earlier this year in Philadelphia for the annual convention of the Delaware Valley AEYC. I am happy to present client recommendations or presentation evaluations upon request.
