While every organization expresses the desire to be more innovative, it is only those who create and nurture a culture of ideation and innovation that can sustain this edge over the long-haul. This engaging and entertaining keynote/breakout and expanded program for workshops, is designed to help organizations understand the strengths of bias-free ideation, Intelligent Fast Failure (IFF) (as opposed to dumb, slow (and very expensive) failure and communicating for success. With these strengths in place, teamwork is propelled exponentially forward and engagement is substantially increased top-down, down-up and laterally. The net result: A culture primed for sustainable innovation. A crucial component of innovation is communication. How, when, where and what we communicate, both verbally and non-verbally goes a long way towards creating an impression and assumption as to our trustworthiness. This program will borrow from Moe’s communication-oriented themes (i.e. CHART) as well as from an unlikely source; improvisational comedy. A key activity which everyone (regardless of audience size) will actively participate is the “Up and Down” exercise. How we interpret instruction as well as assumption might make the difference between self-induced idea-block and successfully propelling forward. This program is designed for any organizational environment which looks to improve teamwork, increase engagement and create/maintain a culture of continuous and sustainable innovation.
