It's not uncommon to talk about these communication challenges in relationships outside of the workplace but what about on-the-job? The target of this workshop (which can be tailored to a keynote) is to help participants understand what the other side is trying to convey. Taking into account both spoken words and body language, participants will be better able to decode the hidden and overt messages made by their coworker.
