As we choose to adapt to other personalities, we can get along better with each other. If we do not understand who we are, we will spend too much time trying to "fix" others. By knowing personalities, we will learn our strengths as well as areas of our personality for which we need to be aware. We must be Aware so we can Beware. High performing teams and work cultures are ones in which workers are specifically selected based on personality traits and commensurate strengths. High performing teams are specifically crafted to develop trust and respect for each other while knowing their respective strengths and contributions to the team. These type teams learn to communicate effectively because they know and adapt to each other.
