We’ll discuss the importance of attitude, how to get it and how to keep it. We’ll also perform a “self-assessment” exercise to help you identify your strengths and weakness and look at how your choices create your destiny. We’ll close out our program with a session on goal setting and share tips for staying fit both mentally and physically.
