Every single day we start out with a list of what we are going to do. Every January 1st we make a big list called resolutions. Every Monday we "start over" with a new week and a new attitude. Then at the end of the day, the year or the week we evaluate the success and/or the failures of those results. What we do not realize is that our commitment level is everything in achieving those successes. However most of us confuse commitment to willpower or drive. This workshop allows participants to look at commitment in a completely different way, a way that will bring results.
