Format: There are periods of time when Shawn prompts participants with a question for reflection (after I've told a story and/or taught a key principle) and give them time to write about it, as music plays in the background -- to keep the energy up. Participants gather in groups of 3-4 to discuss, and then we get some shares for the room. In the end, everyone has their own "ah-ha" moments and walks away with something meaningful they can use on a daily basis.
