In any business and in any industry there is but one constant: change. At the very thought of that word many managers and direct reports are prepared to crawl into the fetal position and hide under their desk in hope that the "Change Agent" will pass them by. We often confuse our fear of change with the difference between the "old way" and the "new way" but it really isn't that at all. It's the fear that we won't be able to make the transition during what should be called "Crazy Time." In these sessions participants will learn why we react to "Crazy Time" the way we do and how we can better navigate the river of change through interactive exercises that allow us to see why we feel that way and how we can make sure no one gets left behind.
