Many of us have had a personal experience with bullying whether it happened in class or on the playground, at home or the workplace. While many people think bullying shows up as physical abuse or name calling, it can often show up in other forms that go unrecognized altogether. Billy Lowe delivers a first-hand look and reflection of his personal experiences with bullying. In this program we will: Define our PERCEPTION and the DEFINITION of bullying . What does it look like and how does it show up? Can it be disguised and not recognized at all? Can other behaviors or business roles be mislabeled as bullying? Having an overall understanding of what it is, key behaviors and identifiers that highlight or warn us when bullying is happening or when it may show up are important. Workshop discussions, exercises and calls to action will enhance our understanding and strengthen our awareness of this behavior. Has your company or brand experienced bullying in the workplace? If so your interest in a work shop may be centered around that. We encourage educational systems for everyone, and creating awareness and continued learning on issues such as this.
