I love this quote from Albert Einstein. “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” I find myself happiest when I’m creating, and whether I’m tweaking a presentation for a keynote or writing a blog that makes me laugh or cry – that’s me – in my flow state. My creativity coming forth, using my gifts, strengths, values and talents in service to others. The latter part in bold being REALLY important. Doing something for the sake of doing it makes us happy. If you love to paint, play music or sports or cook do it because you it makes you happy, not because you want to be happy doing it.
