Everest Summiteer, Mitch Lewis has also ran marathons on seven continents and climbed the seven highest mountains on the same seven continents - one of the only individuals to have done both. His message is that you or your team can also achieve Your Own Personal Everest - whatever your dream or goal might be. He is the author of a new book: "Climb Higher - Pursue Your Passion With Purpose" as well as his previously published "Climbing Your Personal Everest - A Journey of Self-Discovery and Leadership". Mitch's presentation is filled with dramatic anecdotes, stunning pictures and high-resolution video and laced with humor and humility. He loves conducting a session that is interactive and is always customized and multi-cultural for the group at hand - be it businesspeople, adventurers or students. Mitch believes that each of us has within us the possibility and potential to achieve great things on this planet and help make the world a better place through teamwork, collaboration and purpose. Mitch Lewis was Vice President, APAC Partners for Juniper Networks (where he had the pleasure of working since June 2010) in Singapore - and moving back to Seattle in January 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries as a service provider, partner and infrastructure solutions provider. His career started with AT&T and developed with Ericsson and Microsoft including a wealth of experience and expertise acquired while based at various positions in Europe, Asia and the United States.
Mitch has served in technical, marketing, sales, engineering and general management positions. His background has been centered in telecommunications broadband, IP and mobile networks; voice, data and multimedia; infrastructure, service layer and software defined networks.
He holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degrees from Pepperdine University and Executive Management certificates from Harvard and Stanford Universities.
He and his wife Michelle are the proud parents of five children and five grandchildren. Mitch currently is moving back to Redmond, California.He has been a speaker at numerous private and public events. His current quest is to run marathons in all 50 states.
