Vincent focuses on emotional intelligence, client relationships, and team leadership. With a background in a wide variety of sectors, Vincent brings years of experience to help clients meet goals through the training and development of high-performance teams. He firmly believes that all the answers that a company needs for growth are found within its employees and can be maximized with the proper development. Vincent combines excellent training with team building skills to ensure outcomes are achieved and that participants gain the most from the time and effort invested.
Vincent works as a consultant serving clients, such as Ford, Arrow Stapler, BrassCraft, Young Rembrandts, HERO PM, Hartman Construction, all in various sectors helping to train, and coach teams and individuals. Vincent co-facilitated numerous projects including an onboarding program at a large insurance firm, a multi-department team development program at a name brand manufacturer and acted as the lead facilitator at numerous four-day Value Engineering team studies. He has also conducted a staff-wide, 5 Dysfunctions, training for a real estate firm and coaching sessions for its Owner/CEO to lead the revitalization of the company brand. As of late, Vincent has been facilitating Emotional Intelligence Assessments and providing the coaching required to follow a change plan.
Prior to consulting independently, Vincent spent 9 years in the music industry as the manager of BarlowGirl, a platinum-selling band. Vincent directed touring, recording, and brand building, with the Word/Warner Brother label. Vincent has worked as a children’s music director at a large church developing curriculum and music teams reaching over 3,000 children per weekend. Vincent along with his wife founded and managed a 501c3 non-profit that assisted families in crisis. In public service, Vincent and his family have worked caring for the homeless and taking in refugees.
Vincent earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology/Sociology from Gannon University and his Emotional Intelligence Certification, EQI 2.0 and EQi 360 through MHS Assessments and the Otto Kroeger Associates (OKA).
