A board certified health coach, Jayne was educated at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Cambridge University. She is in the process of becoming a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition practitioner, and has been a fully certified Pilates instructor and studio owner for over ten years.

Originally from northwest England, Jayne speaks 5 languages and has lived in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and, since 1991, Florida. Jayne considers herself to be Floridian even though she doesn’t sound like it.
