Tracy Herbert is the Best-Selling author of two books, “Diabetes Tragedy to Triumph” and "Ride for Hope." She is a diabetes advocate, podcast host, and adventurer. She is a sought-after speaker and is a frequent guest on TV shows across the country.
Tracy recently rode her bicycle 3,527 miles from San Francisco to New York City to spread awareness about diabetes and to provide hope. Involved in health and wellness for over 20 years, she brings unique fun and energetic strategies to help her clients and audiences learn how to live healthy lives. Tracy has a BS in Psychology, is a trained Wellness Coach, Certified Personal trainer, and helps people from all walks of life.
