Howard C. His most popular keynotes are based on his book, Lead Me Out to the Ballgame: Stories and Strategies to Develop Major League Leadership, and in these interactive sessions the audience travels into the clubhouses of 19 of the 30 Major League Baseball teams that Howard and he co-author visited while interviewing over 100 Major League Baseball players and 17 MLB managers, The audience hears quotes and stories from managers like Davey Johnson, Joe Maddon, and others, as well as players like David Ortiz, Joe Mauer, Bryce Harper, and more. The strategies managers in Major League Baseball use to inspire their team to outperform are presented in an engaging manner and applied not only to baseball but to organizational and individual success for participants. Howard lives with his three children and wife, interior designer, Lisa Fero, in Trumbull, Connecticut. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, the City University of New York, and a Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University.
