In 2016 she served as a Business Influencer for the Boss Network and was chosen to be one their Top 50 Business Stars of 2016. The Somerset County (NJ) Commission on the Status of Women selected her to be their Distinguished Outstanding Woman of the Year for 2016, in the category of Entrepreneurship. She also served as a lead teen advisor for three years for an eastern region chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Her commitment to youth initiatives is impeccable, most notably is her newly-developed empowerment workshop for teen girls called F.I.G.H.T. Like a Girl. ™ F.I.G.H.T. being an acronym for Focused, Intelligent Girls Have Tenacity.
She is passionate about helping moms go from “mediocre to momfabulous”, while pursuing their dreams of entrepreneurship, coupled with the desire to create generational wealth, without sacrificing their title as the mom. A former senior human resources executive for a major healthcare IT solutions firm, she is also passionate about issues pertaining to diversity & inclusion in the workplace, as well as helping women in the workplace find their voice, own their power, ensuring that they are seen, heard and compensated for their contributions.

Recently, while serving as a speaker & panelist alongside its Founder, Jacqueline helped kick off the 15,000-mile road trip of Phroogal’s, “The Road to Financial Wellness” (TRFW) tour. The Road to Financial Wellness is a local grassroots and social media event to turn local money discussions into a national conversation on financial wellness. Their goal is to break the social taboo about money and empower a generation to live their dream lifestyle through financial knowledge.
In July 2016, she served as a panelist and mentor at the annual Sage Summit Business Conference and now serves as a mentor for the organization. She shared the speaker lineup with Sir Richard Branson, Daymond John, Ashton Kutcher and Gwyneth Paltrow and now serves as a brand ambassador for Daymond John.
Having experienced a successful corporate human resources career and enduring the sudden death of her husband on Super Bowl Sunday 2002, Jacqueline is now following her true purpose, which is also inclusive of her desire to "pay it forward" as a Grief Support facilitator, for a N.J.- based organization. The renowned Lisa Nichols, CEO of Motivating the Masses, a featured teacher in the self-development movie The Secret, and one of Jacqueline’s personal development coaching influences, made an observation of her over lunch in 2014, that changed her life. “Your story is someone else’s liberation,” Nichols stated. Jacqueline has not looked back since that day.
She currently resides in New Jersey and is living and loving the life of an entrepreneur, providing impactful services and solutions to individuals and organizations.
