What Clients Are Saying
"John Coyle was the featured speaker to over 500 of our key store leaders at HEB. His session around "Racing your strengths and design around your weakness" was a powerful session that received rave reviews from all the participants. While John is a dynamic speaker on stage, he truly excels at connecting with people after the presentation. I was impressed with the hours he spent after the session speaking with our Partners and coaching them one on one. He is a tremendous thought leader that knows how to connect with people."

I'd reached out to several former colleagues in search of a key note speaker with experience in the area of innovation to address an annual leadership meeting I was tasked with producing. Within minutes I received a note recommending John Coyle. After several notes back and forth about John's credentials and a link to his Ted Talk, I was convinced John was the right person to address my team. John's presentation on innovation is fantastic. He captured the attention of the 100 or so people in the room. No small accomplishment since he spoke after a long morning of heavy business discussions and lunch. John is personable, easy to relate to and more importantly, he did not present innovation as a theoretical topic. If he had, he would have lost this particular group in 30 seconds. Instead his approach is to show a practical application of what can happen when innovation is applied to a process that's always been done a certain way. My audience was hanging on his every word. John's presentation also broached on two important topics within an innovation framework that most people have a hard time understanding, it’s alright to fail and to divorce ourselves from the idea that we can only get better by focusing on our weaknesses rather than our strengths. I've received numerous compliments for inviting John to speak to the team. Most people thanked me for bringing in someone who really "gets it." They appreciated his real world examples and as I mentioned earlier, they could relate to John as they would a respected coworker. He's definitely a rare find for a key note speaker. One of my team members mentioned a key note speaker he'd heard at a different meeting a few years prior. He said that while the speaker had impressive credentials, they were so impressive that even the C-level leader of the team said he felt he hadn't accomplished anything in comparison and that was all he remembered. John’s presentation was the complete opposite. He felt like one of the team, as if he'd been sitting in our meetings for months. That's a rare gift. I highly recommend John Coyle as a key note speaker.
You know when you meet John that something big is going to happen. He is able to story tell his way through any topic with entertaining examples that keep you thinking about them the next day and, well, the next week. I witnessed John deliver an innovation presentation at a large industry conference and he captivated the audience with each and every point and had them asking for more and requesting his presence as next year's keynote. If you are looking to bring innovation to your organization or catapult your team's strengths to the next level, John is the man you want to talk to.
John's ability to grip an audience, to craft a business story on very human terms, to tie it back to the success of his team's efforts is one of the best I have ever seen.
