Todd Gober is a native of Beaumont, Texas, and has lived in Alabama since 1991. He is a graduate of Auburn University, where he played baseball from 1993-1995, having participated in the 1994 College World Series. During his time at Auburn, Todd studied Secondary Education, with an emphasis on the teaching theory of problem-based discovery learning. Since graduating from college, most of Todd's professional career has been in the role of Director of Education with two companies (Infinity Insurance from 2000-2011 and Warren Averett from 2011-2012). In these roles, Todd's primary focus was organizational development and sales training. Specific areas of focus include career development, leadership development, team building, performance management, assessments, and organizational alignment. Since 2012, Todd has launched two successful businesses, including his current venture "Step by Step Consultants". His hobbies include "all things golf", with much of his time serving as President of "Step by Step Golf Ministry". Todd currently lives in Birmingham, AL, with his wife Leslie, and two daughters Peyton and Brooke. Todd and his family are actively involved in their community and their church.
