Miss Tebow was the Owner, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Tech College from 1988 to 2000, a Human Resource Development and Training Company. In Miss Tebow's tenure with Pro-Tech College, she created a firm capable of providing meaningful training solutions to a wide variety of workforce professionals. Due to the great success of her work, Miss Tebow was invited to train potential candidates and leadership among the organizations of a national mainline political party, in the US.
Miss Tebow has offered the workforce; both professional license preparation courses, professional license recertification, corporate training for employee development. Workforce curriculums developed and offered by Miss Tebow and her team included: Client Consultation, contract management, communication, conflict mediation and resolution, International and Federal Compliance, Sales and Marketing, Leadership, International Protocol and Customer Service.
In 1996, Miss Tebow¡¯s interest began to focus on the training needs in China and other developing countries. She then joined Educational Services International (aka. Educational Services Exchange with China in the PRC). Miss Tebow¡¯s leadership responsibilities included; oversight of the comprehensive operation of training programs in China, the Former Soviet Union, Hungary, Vietnam and Central Asia. Miss Tebow has personally presented successful training seminars in nearly 35 institutions in China alone. Further, she has recruited, trained and sent more than 250 presenters and teachers to provide training to education and business professional throughout China.
The programs offered by Miss Tebow have proven to be highly effective, short-term programs that strive to enhance; necessary job skills while bringing deeper cultural and contextual understanding of other cultures: all for the material success of the individual, as well as the organization.
Today, Miss Tebow is currently engaged as the founder of the Global Academy of Training and Exchange (GATE). Miss Tebow¡¯s work will focus on the ever changing and growing Human Resource training and development needs of China. These needs include recruiting, training and supervision of a Chinese National Counseling force in order to implement full scale and meaningful counseling services to the Chinese population of Beijing in partnership with the government approved AGAPE Counseling Center..
