Most of us are afraid. Companies and people.
We desperately want better careers, bosses, bodies, jobs, marriages, and friendships and think we deserve better. But we hold ourselves back.
We find all sorts of reasons to justify why we are where we are. Till one day, we hit rock bottom. That's your AMT - that's your absolute minimum threshold !
Each of us gets signals from the universe - every day. Learn to listen to those signals, ignore the noise and get moving on the path to action and personal excellence. An empathetic leader by nature, I thrive in working with people and companies to deliver profits with purpose.
This has translated into tremendous success at large multi-national companies where I have consistently led my teams to successfully outperform key performance targets, while fostering a strong work culture that is based upon the foundation of personal courage.
Courage to me doesn’t mean activism, it doesn’t mean being a whistleblower, it’s not winning a peace prize, although each of those is admirable.
Courage to me is accepting where you are and learning to move - getting one foot in front of the other. It’s saying a few words of kindness to a friend dealing with loss and illness – even when you don’t know the right thing to say, it’s thinking about what you want to say before you say it, it’s speaking up in a meeting because you have something valuable to contribute, despite feeling like you want to be unseen.
It’s those little micro-decisions we make every moment of every day that snowball into the life we live. Courage is the deep understanding and belief that I am enough as I am. I work with high-value professionals to uncover their blind spots, and filter out the signals from the noise in their daily lives, in order to truly “tune in” to where they should be going next to build the best version of themselves.
Through my step-by-step “AMT” framework, I help companies and high-performers “self-realize”; critically reflect on themselves,
connect their dots, identify their missing gaps, and ultimately create a personal, predictable system that gets them success as they define it.
I frequently write for Entrepreneur, Thrive Global, and the Observer on topics such as courage, self-awareness, professional authenticity, and peak performance.
If you’re an action-taker, but feel like you've hit rock bottom or are stuck in the same familiar place, I want to help you.
