Hi, my name is Shelley Dunagan. Thank you for reviewing my profile. I have spent over 20 years as an award-winning and record-breaking sales leader turned Executive Coach and Author.
5 years ago I founded SellXSell: www.sellxsell.com
My initial focus was on sales force effectiveness. I brought all of my past successful experience to global clients ranging in revenue from $10 million to $3 billion dollars. I implemented sales processes, metrics, compensation, rewards, and helped to recruit great sales leaders for my clients.
Sales improved for my clients but other issues still held some of them back. These included, operating in a siloed environment, lack of collaboration, lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities, retention issues, and lack of clear vision, strategy, and communication.
I realized quickly, that to truly help my clients I needed to treat the overall health of their organizations and that started with their leadership teams.
Cue Shelley the “corporate fixer” think Olivia Pope, without the sex and violence.
Executive One on One and team coaching has naturally evolved and I have founded The Dunagan Group http://www.dunagangroup.com. The Dunagan Group has developed a “Thriving Teams” toolkit and an immersive Leadership Acceleration program to help our clients and all other leaders become the best they can be in leading a high performance culture with engaged and collaborative teams.
I have also authored the book Hashtags Aren't Enough: A Girlfriends Guide to Conquering the Leadership Crisis to help female leaders accelerate their success through all the obstacles they may encounter.
