Biography
Scott Werner was born in Baltimore Maryland where he studied mathematics at Loyola College. He spent the early years of his life in the sport of powerlifting. Scott specialized in the bench press where he went on to become the first man in the world to bench press 500 lbs. in the 165lbs. weight class. In the early 90's Scott successfully defended his World Championship three years in a row.
Although Scott still stayed in touch with the fitness industry, his focus changed to the financial industry where he helped individuals and families with their financial future. Scott was one of the lead trainers at Charles Schwab who helped change the image of the company from a discount stock firm to a financial company that provided unbiased portfolio advice.
Scott's business experience includes personally answering over 250,000 customer service phone calls and training over 3,000 customer service agents. This real life experience has enabled Scott to craft a powerful presentation that will result in your company seeing a measured increase in your customer retention and your customer loyalty.
