With 26 years of experience in the speaking, training, and coaching fields, Ms. Crowe’s purpose is to create unity and uplift interactions in the work environment. Ms. Crowe is a speaker, consultant, and author of Since Strangling Isn't an Option... (Perigee,’99) and I Didn't Sign Up For This (Two Harbors Press). Since 1988, she has been using her people, public speaking, and communications skills to present quality training programs and corporate retreats to numerous federal, corporate, and association based organizations. She loves to help people solve relationship problems, soften their stress load, and find true peace and purpose in their chosen career.
Some of her past clients include Social Security Administration, FBI, Dept. of Agriculture,Marriott, Sony Corp., Southland Corp, Citicorp, The Discovery Channel, The Executive Office of the President, Sears, The National Association of Plumbing-Heating-Contractors, National Association of Female Executives, National Speakers Association, Union Labor Life Insurance, FBI, NASA and Departments of Army & Navy.
Created awareness of ineffective behaviors and to provide methodologies and action steps to offset them while redirecting behavior toward more uplifting interactions between people.

Founded a communications/networking specialty company called "Powerlunch" which has been written up in both “The Washington Post” and “The New York Times” as well as the book “Chicken Soup for the Soul at Work”.
Hosted her own television show called "Stress Busters" which was broadcast weekly on Washington, D.C. Cable Television and has been featured on the TV shows "To Tell the Truth" and the CBS morning news.
