Ron's greatest passion is to see everyone have a shot at attaining their dream. His two basic programs are fun but always marching toward that goal.
Ron is the author of "Financially Intact - Making money is easy, keeping it is the hard part." The book is the culmination of Ron's passion to help people keep their money in their own pockets. Ron started his tax and financial business as a part time business 35 years ago. After seeing how people were not being taught how to reduce their tax bills he started doing seminars to teach the techniques. That was 20 years ago and he has been expanding to all the ways people are parted from their hard earned money ever since.
Because of the tax business Ron ended up working with small and medium sized businesses in just about every industry. After studying the compositon of his own business he realized that 80% of his customer base came to him because of another customer and yet he had never asked for a referral. Once he realized that fact he started to pour the vast majority of his efforts and adverttising budget into his current customer base. This resulted in his business growing by double digits for over 10 years in a row. At that point in time he started to teach his other business owners the secret to growing their customer bases by getting plenty of referrals without ever asking for them.
Ron grew up in Colorado Springs, Co, then attended and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Management he went to New York for one year with a major corporation, found his wife whom he has been now married to for 41 years and then came back to Colorado. He started the tax and financial business as a part time business in 1981. In 1992 it became his full time job and now he has over 700 clients. He is the proud father of three and grandfather of 7, they all really help him stay up with the times.
Ron coached little league sports for 12 years, was a member of the Longmont Jacees for 12 years, president for 1 and earned the distinguished Jaycees International Senatorship. Ron was also a founding board member of the Longmont Community Foundation and served on that board for 9 years. He is curretly a board member for Colorado Frienship. Just recently Ron opened a little book store called Local Editions in which he carries only the works of Colorado authors.
Although Ron just turned 64, he has no plans of retiring because he so loves what he does and it shows in every presentation he gives.
