What Clients Are Saying

I wholly endorse Ron and Marty Cooper of The Cooper Culture for those who are considering their leader ship teaching and human behavior support. They were instrumental in helping me form the first Freshman Boot Camp introduction for incoming students. Their organizational and leadership skill s, ability to relate and adapt to people, and mentor others is exemplary. They are committed to helping others. Ron and Marty reached out to one of our at-risk students in particular who was having some social developmental challenges relating to others, learning in the classroom, focusing on important matters, and having the right circle of friends. With their dedication and commitment, they helped this student through many of the social and learning challenges he was facing. They are committed to work with this student while very effectively relating to and influencing others to develop good leadership traits. They are committed to help this student through to graduation and beyond. The communication and attention to detail with me and others throughout the school is exemplary. They are each inspirational and motivational with their care and compassion. They each maintain and live out very high moral, ethical, and social values. They are very dependable. Students and administration officials have learned to respect and trust them through their very effective interaction and leader ship skills. Ron and Marty are recognized at Calvert High and the Calvert County Public School system for their contributions and effectiveness. The Cooper Culture is very astute in assessing needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs. This company of professionals is very adept in helping organizations achieve and maintain high performance through effective leadership and human behavior attributes. They are very unique in the values and teaching they have to offer their clients.

They were specifically chosen to this role because of their leadership expertise, credibility, and unique ability to develop rapport and trust with their clients. They understand and very effectively adapt to those within their circle of influence. They lead our Leadership Council to equip, empower, and encourage existing and emerging leaders. We selected them for this important role because of their passion and commitment to our team, community and players. Furthermore, their effectiveness to affect a transformational mindset for our players has proven to be a huge asset in developing our young men into uncommon greatness. The Cooper Culture is very effective in large or small groups. They understand people and are very capable at adapting to each respective learning styles. Accordingly, our players and coaches are attracted to them. Their credibility, genuine relatability, and desire to impart significance to those within their circle of influence is inspiring. On a personal level Ron Cooper has written my personal coaching philosophy. While this accurately reflects my coaching philosophy, the treatise astutely incorporates the essential tenets of leadership, relationships, and values that are essential to developing people. Developing young men as our future leaders is one of the hallmark values of my coaching philosophy. I am writing to give Mr. Ron Cooper and Mrs. Marty Cooper my strongest recommendation as they pursue further contracts. You would do well to have them add value to your organization. I contracted with Mr. and Mrs. Cooper to provide Customer Service training for the Calvert County Public Schools Human Resources staff. The participants were actively engaged in the training, and they learned new strategies on how to “read and react” to the support staff, professional staff, administrators, applicants, substitutes, parents, and the community. Since the training was so well received, I sought to get further training for the staff on developing leadership skills. The second training proved to be very informative, and I felt the training enhanced the Human Resources staff’s knowledge and ability to work more efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. In 2016, my position changed to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement. Again, our paths crossed because Mr. and Mrs. Cooper were vested in developing mentoring opportunities for students so that students would have opportunities to build their self-esteem and become more invested in their academics. Anyone examining Mr. and Mrs. Cooper’s resumes can easily see that they are eminently qualified to provide optimal consulting services. Their resumes and experiences clearly delineate the many roles they have assumed in advancing their careers and in serving the public. Obviously, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the all-important “strong people skills”, and the ability to achieve progress and change. Mr. and Mrs. Cooper are honest, energetic, and sincere. This combination of attributes combined with their natural ability to work with people has been the reason for their many career successes. They have demonstrated quick and perceptive minds, but they do not lack the attention to detail that is often the case with many highly intelligent people. They truly care about our community! Please know that I recommend them completely without any reservation. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you need additional information at (443) 550-8005.

The Cooper Culture offers a unique but very effective of human behavior wisdom with proven leadership principles. This company combines the two disciplines to offer for profit and not for profit companies and associations ways to develop and/or improve their work culture. For profit companies will increase their revenue while reducing employee turnover costs through increased retention rates. Each type organization will improve worker efficiency and productivity through their training. The Cooper Culture also has a very astute and precise method of assessing an organization’s needs. They customize their training and focused approach based on company/association needs. While The Cooper Culture training certifications are unique, this company’s effectiveness is very notably their emphasis on valuing people. This company understands how people are “wired” and what makes organizations effective. Ron and Marty Cooper exemplify cooperation, collaboration and teamwork. While Ron and Marty are personally and corporately successful by many measures, their emphasis on imparting significance to their clients as a corporate value represents a unique selling proposition. Their emphasis on significance represents their personal commitment to meet the needs of others. Ron and Marty’s life experience also offers a unique talent and qualification to mentor others. Their respective credibility and ability to develop rapport with their clients is genuine. I am personally working with Ron and Marty as they volunteer their time to teach leadership principles to students, teachers, school administrative staff, and the high school football coaches. They are equipping everyone to develop and improve their leadership and interpersonal skills by knowing and adapting to others. I strongly recommend employing this very effective company to increase revenue of for-profit companies and employee/worker efficiency of not for profit companies.
