Throughout the year, Ron and Marty Cooper are leading our Leadership Council for the Calvert football Program. They were specifically chosen to this role because of their leadership expertise, credibility, and unique ability to develop rapport and trust with their clients. They understand and very effectively adapt to those within their circle of influence. They lead our Leadership Council to equip, empower, and encourage existing and emerging leaders. We selected them for this important role because of their passion and commitment to our team, community and players. I am writing to give Mr. Ron Cooper and Mrs. Marty Cooper my strongest recommendation as they pursue further contracts. You would do well to have them add value to your organization. I contracted with Mr. and Mrs. Cooper to provide Customer Service training for the Calvert County Public Schools Human Resources staff. The participants were actively engaged in the training, and they learned new strategies on how to “read and react” to the support staff, professional staff, administrators, applicants, substitutes, parents, and the community. Since the training was so well received, I sought to get further training for the staff on developing leadership skills. The second training proved to be very informative, and I felt the training enhanced the Human Resources staff’s knowledge and ability to work more efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. In 2016, my position changed to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Community Engagement. Again, our paths crossed because Mr. and Mrs. Cooper were vested in developing mentoring opportunities for students so that students would have opportunities to build their self-esteem and become more invested in their academics. Anyone examining Mr. and Mrs. Cooper’s resumes can easily see that they are eminently qualified to provide optimal consulting services.
