What do Vanna White, yield signs, and the tooth fairy have in common with how you think about your customers, your career, your business? Find out when I share with your group how a slight change in perspective can alter everything.
Is your group or team:
--Responding the same broken way to difficult customers?
--Seeking career growth but unable to see how they are in their own way?
--Growing independent businesses (direct sales, network marketing), but struggling with belief?
--Tired of boring presentations without humor or life to them?
I can help.
My "Renew Your V.I.E.W." presentation boils belief down to four basic components that will get any group rethinking what they "know" they know and reconsidering the possiblity of change as a win. Your group will identify the areas of belief where they may have weaknesses (hint: it is usually the areas that they resist or create excuses around) as well as tools to transform those weaknesses into areas of strength.
We all dio it: hold one to old information that we think is truth, even if it hasn't been true for some time! (What color is a yield sign? Answer quickly--did you say yellow? A yield sign hasn't been yellow for over 30 years!) It may be time to update your way of thinking (and your team's way of thinking) to see new ways, new paths, new procedures. Your group will identity which personality style they are and then learn practical ways to break patterns to achieve new results.
