She is a daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She has been an educator, emergency manager and marketing executive as well as a volunteer with the American Red Cross and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
A life-long learner, she continues to teach and help people get from where they are to where they want or need to be. In her spare time, she swims in the ocean and hikes the trails that rise up to meet her. She has offered numerous presentations, seminars, workshops and publications to private and public audiences of all ages.
Getting Ready: Your Journal to Help Your Deal with and Heal from Sexual Harassment is her first book.
