Phillip J. Roundtree, MSW, MS is a dynamic and engaging speaker, Master's Level Clinician, who has been practicing professionally since 2005. He recognizes society’s lack of emphasis on mental and emotional wellness, resulting in him evolving into a staunch advocate of wellness, among various communities, particularly those underrepresented.
He's recognized as a 2018 Black Enterprise magazine "Be Modern Man" honoree and is a TedxTalk speaker, with his idea worth spreading "Black Mental Health Matters" garnering rave reviews. He's also the Host of the #YouGoodMan? Podcast, a show dedicated to discussing men's wellness, and identifying solutions, across the areas of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
Phillip’s message of resilience is driven by his professional experience in social work and exercise science, as well as his personal experience, in LIVING with depression and anxiety for over 20 years. His vulnerability gives a face, voice, and hope to those who’ve yet to recognize their emotional and cognitive strength.
He is the Founder of Quadefy LLC, an organization dedicated to providing tangible empowerment services to enhance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strength of an individual, team, and/or business.
