Paul Osincup is a Speaker, Consultant, Humorist, and Educator. With a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Leadership & Administration and a background in stand-up & improv comedy, his mission is to use his expertise in leadership and levity to create positive corporate climates & educational communities.
Paul doesn’t take the difficult side of human relations lightly. In his previous roles as Associate Director of Conflict Resolution & Student Conduct at Colorado State University and Associate Dean of Students at The Culinary Institute of America, Paul was responsible for addressing high-risk student behavioral issues such as severe alcohol and drug abuse, sexual assaults, and domestic violence. In 2013 he was a consultant at the U.S. Department of Education's Center for Alcohol, Drug, and Violence Prevention Emerging Issues Forum and has been featured in the Chronicle of Higher Education and "The Little Book of Restorative Justice.” Currently Paul is a Consultant Trainer for ‘Community Matters’, a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to preventing school violence in over 2,000 schools across the country.
Despite the serious nature of his work, Paul has been a “Jack-of-all-Jokes” since grade school, and has even made his own wife laugh! Whether it’s his TEDx Talk, a keynote speech, or a training, Paul delivers a rare blend of inspiring content and side-splitting humor to both educate and motivate his audience.
