As a young woman, Meg worked with of some best examples of good communication in management and some of the worst. Later she realized some of the best motivators in business are in sales.
As a high school teacher, she motivated difficult students, by simply listening to them. In Toastmasters and NSA, Meg learned to evaluate others in a positive and helpful manner to make people listen.
By working in teams, students learned to succeed in Geometry. Based on her twenty years of experience, Meg has created a variety of programs to help Managers and Negotiators to develop leadership skills for success.
