Lisa Brisse is an Exercise Physiologist, Wellness Coach & Owner/Founder of State of the Heart Fitness in Santa Monica, California. She is also co-author of State of the Heart Fitness' Way to Wellness Journal and author of the book, Michael Jackson: The Man in Our Mirror, A Reflection of Our Collective Soul.
Lisa has been teaching & coaching clients for nearly 25 years about health, fitness, & well-being with an emphasis on what it means to not only strive for balance in one's life, but also to live from that place of balance within. Our body's natural state of being is one of balance and she believes when you learn to tune in and listen to your body, you will know what you need on all levels - body, mind and spirit - to experience optimal health, joy, and inspiration. Lisa also believes that one of the most powerful transformations occur when we make a shift in perspective - from our head to our heart. When we live from our hearts, we have the power to not only transform ourselves, our health, but also the world.
