LisaBeth was in Theater Management at the Sundance Film Festival for six festival years and was Production Supervisor on the independent feature film, THE NORTH STAR, starring former Philadelphia Eagles football player, Jeremiah Trotter. Following production, LisaBeth handled the publicity for the film, including arranging press events, red carpet screenings, and appearances on network news stations. She was also filmmaker liaison at the Philadelphia Film Festival for seven festival years. LisaBeth’s writing clients include FIG Arts & Culture magazine, Region’s Business, and PC Solutions magazines as well as writing and consulting with individual businesses. On the art front, LisaBeth is an illustrator and lettering artist. She designed an ornament for the White House Christmas Tree, and was invited to an artist reception at the White House. She makes handmade pins for causes that have been worn by Hillary Clinton, Gloria Steinem, and Madeleine Albright, and she designed a font with International Typeface Corporation called “Weber Hand”.

On the music front, LisaBeth has recorded three albums, including one with Grammy winning producer, Bil VornDick (Dolly Parton, Ralph Stanley, Bob Dylan). She has opened shows for Nanci Griffith, Ralph Stanley, Roy Clark and over 50 others, was a guest on WXPN, and her songs were featured on NPR’s CARTALK. LisaBeth’s song “TROUBLE MAN” was chosen as a top ten favorite on WXPN. A tribute to linemen working in storms, it has nearly 10,000 views on YouTube. In 2011, she was invited by the band Blackberry Winter, (the musicians from the Oscar nominated film WINTER’S BONE starring Jennifer Lawrence) to perform her original song EVERGREENS during their national tour with them as her backing band.
A longtime volunteer, LisaBeth currently serves on the Board of Directors of the global organization, Playing for Change Foundation, whose mission is to create positive change and peace building around the world through music education. This is the non-profit wing of the global Playing for Change music movement, home of Songs Around the World, including this ever-popular version of Stand By Me, with over 80 million views on YouTube. She is also on the Executive Committee as the Board Secretary. Previously, LisaBeth served on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Business Forum. She has written articles for the National Search Dog Foundation, completed four walking marathons for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, and is a cancer survivor.
