With forty five years in the construction industry, Joe rose from apprentice to an ownership position at one of the largest construction companies in the United States. Joe retired early and now is an author, national speaker, consultant and part time adjunct professor. He presents about the fragile bond that must exist between employees and customers that is based on trust, problem solving and conflic resolution. His two books are: The General Contractor - How to be a Great Success or Failure and also Building Positive Character - Tips on Empowerment, Overcoming and Success. Joe is also contracted with Salem Radio Network(SRN) to author and produce motvational features available to over 2,000 radio stations. Topics include customer service, conflict resolution, success, attitude, negotiation, leadership, empathy and loyalty.
