Jerald has an extensive legal, negotiation, communication and investigative background that makes him uniquely qualified to address a variety of difficult disputes. Jerald is a graduate from the University of Colorado School of School of Law, holds a B.A. in anthropology from UC Berkeley and is former Vietnamese linguist for the U.S. Air Force.
Jerald has used his communication and negotiation skills to resolve complex matters in the areas of family law, workplace disputes, workplace discrimination, liability claims, workers' compensation claims, contracts and a variety of other matters. He has practiced as an attorney, worked in both the liability and workers' compensation insurance arenas, investigated workplace discrimination as federal investigator, and now helps others resolve their disputes through mediation.
As a speaker, Jerald is interactive and engaging. He enjoys teaching negotiation and communication strategies that can be used in the workplace.
