Kathleen Harrell-Latham is an accomplished commercial attorney, technology founder, adjunct professor, speaker, writer, and entrepreneur. She has been recognized as both an attorney and business leader. After graduating cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, she ventured off to a diverse legal and business career. She has since been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers and a Top Young Entrepreneur. Kathleen started two companies nearly contemporaneously which are distinctly built on the role of time - after years of working and feeling like there was never enough time or money when working for others. As a result, she has been able to apply her legal and business knowledge to grow organizations that disrupt multiple markets.
She has appeared in multiple media outlets and is currently writing: "Think Like a Lawyer, Act Like a Mogul." Kathleen has managed teams from 2 to 250+ and knows how to keep them engaged regardless of short duration. She also continues to commit her skills in a pro bono capacity to various organizations serving the community. Kathleen previously worked as a Managing Director in a national staffing company when it new markets. She has seen first hand how there is a fine line between success and failure and that it often boils down to one thing - time.
Kathleen and her family are urban warriors embracing downtown living in Minneapolis. She vowed to never own a yard again after living in Wichita Kansas and spending her weekends doing maintenance. She also loves running and surfing in her limited spare time.
