Biography

Galit Goldfarb BSc, MSc, is a multiple award-winning bestselling author, and an internationally recognized nutrition and health expert who has presented her knowledge on the TEDx stage with her talk on “The Ideal Diet for Humans”. She operates a private practice for the past 13 years in Israel and regularly serves as an on-air expert, health consultant, and speaker. She is the author of the award-winning international best-seller “The Guerrilla Diet & Lifestyle Program - From Evolution To Health Revolution.” based on her doctoral research into the ideal diet and lifestyle habits for humans.

Goldfarb specializes in the weight management, health, and disease prevention. She is a Clinical Nutritionist, Medical Scientist and Certified Personal Trainer and is a Professional Member of the American Nutrition Association and the American Society for Nutrition. Goldfarb holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Biochemistry and Nutrition, an M.Sc. in Medical Science, studied Immunology for a Post Graduate Certificate, is now completing her Doctorate research and holds many diplomas in alternative medicine. 

She has a very active nutrition and health blog that educates people to make better lifestyle choices.
